WAS05 - Improper Disposal (Situations)

Here are a couple of examples of situations that would lead you to cite this checklist item.

  • Exhibit A is clearly labeled as ‘Trash’, but has a propane cylinder in it.
  • Exhibit B shows numerous beakers with residues and a fluorescent lamp. The fluorescent lamp is a for-sure citation. The beakers may or may not be. It depends on the nature of the residue. So, you’d need more information to assess whether this checklist item should be cited.
