Some chemicals require special storage conditions. Classes of chemicals that often require special storage conditions include explosives, organic peroxides, self-heating substances, and self-reactive substances. If you encounter these hazard classes, consult the SDS for the specific chemicals to determine if there are special storage conditions.. If the special storage conditions are not being observed, cite this checklist item.
