In EHS Assist (EHSA) there are a couple different places where you can view the permits assigned to a PI and/or room. Locations/Lab/Specific room number, tab for Attached PI/Permits as the image shows is one such place. Another place is License/PIs and Permits/PI name then click the yellow arrow to show permits. NOTE: This is done as part of your prep work pre-audit.
In the image available there is a Bio permit assigned to the room (e.g. B-00XXX). There will always be a Chem permit assigned to the room (e.g. C-00XXX). For RAM there can be one of 2 types of permits either R-00XXX or X-00XXX.
